30 Hour Virginia Sales Associate Post-License Online Course
This course gives you the 30 hours of credit you need in order to maintain your Virginia sales associate license. You will be able to access the course from any computer worldwide that has internet access.

Beginning July 1, 2007, all licensees applying for relicensure as an active salesperson or broker between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2009, must complete at a minimum one two-hour education course on limited service agency. This is a one-time only requirement which applies to all active licensees renewing or reinstating their license. This two-hour course is in addition to the 30 hour post license course. If a licensee renews his license on inactive status and applies to activate his license, the licensee must complete the course on limited service agency before the Board will activate his license during this time period. This package INCLUDES the 2-hr limited service agency course.
