60 Hour Virginia Sales Associate License Online Course
This course gives you the 60 hours of credit you need in order to become a licensed real estate sales associate. You must also meet the following requirements: be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or holder of a certificate of equivalency (from any country); and pass the Virginia real estate exam. You do NOT need to be a resident of Virginia or a US citizen. You do need to have either a social security number or a US government-issued ID number.
