1. Q: Who is Real Estate School Online?
   A: We are one of the first and largest online real estate schools in the country. We pride ourselves on having a personal connection with each student. Some schools will not even post a phone number on their website and will try to hide from you. At Real Estate School Online, we encourage you to call us any time you have a question or concern. 3. Q: What do I need to do to get my Virginia Real Estate License?

4. Q: Can I get a Virginia real estate license if I am not a citizen of the USA or Virginia resident?
   A: Yes! You do NOT need to be a US Citizen or Virginia resident. However, you do need to have either a social security number or a US government ID number.



5. Q: Is Virginia Real Estate School Online an approved school to offer online courses?
   A: Our courses for Virginia are offered through our partnerships with Kaplan Real Estate Schools and 360Training which are the approved providers. We provide enhanced service, support, and free bonus materials you will not find anywhere else.



6. Q: What is the difference between Online and the CD Rom course?
   A: Both courses are essentially the same.
   
   Online:Can be accessed anywhere, from any computer worldwide with internet access.
   Does not time you so student is not required to spend the allotted amount of time on the computer.
   
   CD Rom: Limited to one computer
   Records the amount of time spent on the course and requires students to spend a minimum number of hours before taking course exam.



7. Q: How long do I have to complete the course?
   A: You can access each course for up to a full year. In unusual circumstances, you may be able to get a course extension.



8. Q: When do I receive my completion slip?
   A: 3-5 days after completing your course, we will mail your course completion slip to you. We will also notify the State of Virginia of your successful completion of the course. If you need this expedited to overnight shipping, please call us at 800-391-4123. There is a charge for overnight rush of completion slips.



9. Q: How do I check the status of my license? How do I renew my license?
   A: You can check the status and renew your license at the Virginia Real Estate Board website. Visit http://www.dpor.virginia.gov/dporweb/reb_main.cfm



10. Q: Help! My computer crashed/I lost power/I lost internet connection/etc. while taking my final exam. What now?
    A: Contact Technical support at 800-391-4123 to have your exam reset. Tech support is available 24x7.
